Learn how to make a delicious pumpkin bread with some simple ingredients.

- 2   cups flour
- ½  teaspoon salt
- 1   teaspoon baking soda
- ½  teaspoon baking powder
- ½  teaspoon ground clove
- ½  teaspoon nutmeg
- 1   teaspoon cinnamon
- 1¼ butter stick
- 1 cup sugar
- 2   eggs
- ½   teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1   can (15 oz.) Libby's Pure Pumpkin - doesn't have to be this brand

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325°F

In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, ground cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Set aside when done.

Step 2

In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, beat the butter and sugar. Add the eggs. Beat again for a few minutes until it gets really light and fluffy.

Step 3

Add the pumpkin into the large bowl. The mixture is going to look rough.

Step 4

Add the flour mixture now and mix on a low speed until the ingredients are well combined.

Step 5

Grease two 8x4” loaf pan with butter (or use a non-stick cooking spray, I use this one.)

Divide the batter evenly into the two pans and bake for 50-60 minutes.

Step 6

To make sure the loaves are baked well, insert a knife into the middle of a loaf and take it out of the oven until it the knife comes out clean.

Enjoy! :)
